A group of friends relaxed and enjoyed the villa. It was a beautiful villa to stay in. Would love to stay there again. Staff were amazing.

In case we forget to order breakfast it was not sent to our room They could have a better system asking if we wanted to repeat breakfast from previous day

The location is good , close to all services restaurants and cafes .In addition the staff are very efficient and friendly . The villa is absolutely spotless and designed well. what i liked most is the high tech used in the villa , every thing is on my finger tip .

When aswering the above questions, I need to point out that the staff were variable. The cleaners were all excellent and did a great job every day. The butlers were good, they were friendly enough but did not tell us about all the facilities on arrival. The reception staff were not very good. They did not give us a safe key on arrival. They were not empowered to make even quite simple decisions which then meant that we had to follow everything up, or they had to contact their manager who was never available. The facility suited our needs but the "state of the art" technology was sometimes more of a problem than a feature eg the safe deposit box. The rain gave us 2 leaks - in the kitchen lights(very dangerous) and also in front of the dvd equipment.

With 7 TVs in the villa, it would have been more useful to have a bigger one in the lounge, which we could all see better, rather than have a small tv in the toilet.
